Business Standard Service Call (8am-5pm Scheduled)
~ $165.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum
Business Emergency/Critical Service Call (8am-5pm)
~ $247.50 per hour with a 1 hour minimum
Personal/Resedential Standard Service Call (8am-5pm Scheduled)
~ $132 per hour with a 1 hour minimum
Personal/Resedential Emergency/Critical Service Call (8am-5pm)
~ $198.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum
Phone Support is billed at $1 per minute with a 15 minute minimum.
(Emergency phone support is billed at 1.5 times the above rate)
Website Development & Administration & Development is billed
at $115.00 per hour.
Application & Database Development is billed
at $140 per hour with a 1 hour minumum
Shop Rate is $85 per hour
Business VIP Pre-Pay is $138.50/hr

24-hour Remote Support is billed at above rates but in 15 minute increments.
24-hour After Hour Support’ is billed at 1.5 times the above rates.
